This address will be used by default for your deliveries and invoicing. You may change the delivery and invoicing address at all times for your future orders.

Once your account has been created, you may do your shopping by filling your basket. When you wish to accept your order, click on “Accept my order” in your basket.
You will then be able to choose your addresses for delivery and invoicing, to send a gift to a friend or relative and select your method of payment.

You can choose between 3 different means to accept and pay for your order :
On the website : just follow the instructions on the website, you will pay by debit card (safe payment on a bank site) when you accept your order.

By post : proceed with your internet order as usual. Then print out your order form complete with references, send this in a stamped, addressed envelope to this address:

You can also print out the blank order form and handfill it in. You can pay by cheque or by debit card. Make out your cheque to “Le Comptoir de l’Encens ». If you want to pay by debit card clearly write down the number and expiry date of your card and don’t forget to sign in the reserved space. Do not send cash payment.
